IRD Engineering, as JV leader in the consortium with IDROESSE Engineering Srl and Mada Engineering – Engineering and Architecture Services, has started the preparation of the Technical-Economic Feasibility Study (PFTE) on behalf of SOGESID SpA.
Scope: restoration and naturalistic engineering interventions in the areas affected by the 2023 floods in the Emilia-Romagna and Marche regions.
The project includes:
- Restoration and safety measures on existing roads
- Slope stabilization
- Reprofiling and improvement of stream hydraulic sections
- Restoration of bridges severely damaged by the floods
The assignment will be carried out with full respect for natural and landscape constraints, enhancing the climate resilience of infrastructures and protecting the territory from geological and hydrogeological risks.
