IRD Engineering was proud to take part in the Italy – North Macedonia Business Forum held on 2 July 2025 in Skopje, bringing together key decision-makers and companies from both countries.
Our Managing Director, Mr. Paolo Orsini, contributed as a panelist in the session “Infrastructure: Opportunities for Italian Companies”. The panel gathered high-level representatives from key public institutions in the country, including Mr. Stefan Volkanovski (State Secretary at the Ministry of Transport), Mr. Koce Trajanovski (Director of Public Enterprise for State Roads), Mr. Sinisha Ivanovski (Director of Railways Infrastructure) and Mr. Dejan Košutić (CEO of Railways Transport). It was an excellent opportunity to exchange insights and strengthen collaboration on transport and infrastructure development in the region.
IRD Engineering has been present in North Macedonia for two decades, operating with all the necessary licenses in the civil engineering sector and counting on a permanent team of Engineers, Project Managers and other specialists. Nowadays, the company is implementing several important contracts in the country, mainly in the fields of road and railway supervision, as well as in the hydro sector. As of today, over 50 projects have been implemented across the country.
