Today, top government officials, including the Prime Minister, Minister of Transport, and the U.S. Ambassador, visited the construction site of Section 1: Tetovo – Gostivar, part of the major upgrade to motorway standards.
This 17 km section is one of four motorway segments (totaling 108 km) being developed along Corridors VIII and X-d of the TEN-T European network. Work is also ongoing on the Bitola–Prilep and Gostivar–Bukojčani sections, while design progresses on Struga–Ohrid–Kjafasan.
IRD Engineering, in partnership with Euroconsulting, Eptisa, and Electra Solutions, serves as Engineer/Supervisor.
