The project “Supervision Services for the Lugoj – Deva Highway (A1) Lot 2 km 27+620 – km 56+220, Section E and Completion of Section D” is advancing at an accelerated pace. The contractor has mobilized impressive resources on-site, with approximately 600 specialists and 85 professional machines, ensuring contract execution according to schedule and at the highest quality standards.
Tunnels T1 and T2 – key elements of this project – are in full execution. Tunnel T1 has already had its entrance and exit areas attacked, with the columns, upper slab, and excavations for the surface sections completed, while the underground section has already begun for the vault area. For Tunnel T2, the columns for the entrance, exit, and central area have been completed, where the cut and cover and cover and cut methods are applied. Intensive work is underway on excavations and the execution of upper slabs.
Bridges and Overpasses – all foundation columns have been completed, and work is ongoing on the footings and elevations of the overpasses.
Culverts – work is progressing rapidly towards completion, contributing to the necessary infrastructure for smooth and safe traffic.
