IRD Engineering has a valid license for design and supervision for construction, transport infrastructure, environment, hydrotehnics for first and second category objects according to the national legislation.
Since 2002, the Republic of North Macedonia has been a vital hub for our activities, and we are honored to continue contributing to the country’s growth and development. We have so far implemented 52 Contract in the country.
Over the years, we have had the privilege of supervising some of country’s most impactful and historically significant transport infrastructure projects, including:
- Construction of the Demir Kapija-Smokvica motorway as part of Road Corridor X. Completed in 2018.
- Reconstruction of rail section from Kumanovo to Beljakovce as part of Rail Corridor VIII. Completed in 2024.
- Ongoing: Construction of Road Corridor VIII and Corridor X-d. Contract singed in 2023 in which 4 motorways with total length of 108 km will be constructed.
- Ongoing: Construction of Railway Corridor VIII from Beljakovce to Kriva Palanka. Contract signed in 2023 for construction of 34 km of railway.
- Ongoing: Construction of the Wate Water Treatment Plant for the city of Skopje. Contract singed in 2023.
