Both projects relate to the provision of construction supervision services based on FIDIC Conditions of Contract.
IRD Engineering started working in Montenegro in 2004, when the company participated in a consortium that provided technical assistance services to the Ministry of Transport. Now, 15 years later, IRD is implementing two challenging engineering contracts in the country, namely:
- Consulting Services for the Supervision of Tunnel Construction and Road Reconstruction Berane – Kolašin, Lubnice – Jezerine Road Section: An EBRD-funded project that aims at the rehabilitation of several road sections and tunnels in the north-eastern region;
- FIDIC Engineer (incl. Design Review) for the Rehabilitation of 6 Slopes and Urgent Measures on the Rehabilitation of 5 Concrete Prestressed Bridges on the Vrbnica – Bar Railway Line: An EIB/EBRD-funded project aiming at the restoration of various structures along the railway line connecting Bar with the border with Serbia.
IRD is nowadays present in all countries in the Western Balkans, being licenced to provide various engineering services as per the local regulations in the field.
