Supervision of the Civil Works at the Border Crossing Blace – Passenger Terminal

The project consisted in the rehabilitation and upgrade activities of the passenger terminal at Border Crossing Blace, between North Macedonia and Kosovo.

The assignment was split in two phases:

• Phase I: 10 months of Supervision of Works; and
• Phase II: 2 months of Supervision during the defect liability period (DLP).

Our team supervised all civil works ensuring the correct implementation in accordance with the design and specifications, within the time schedule and using the prescribed quality of materials.

IRD Engineering performed the functions of the Engineer according to FIDIC Harmonized Edition.
