Supervision Services for Irrigation Schemes in North Macedonia

Contract aimed at providing supervision services during the construction of two irrigation schemes in North Macedonia. The project was financed by the EU and the main Beneficiary is the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Economy of North Macedonia.

The works contract envisaged the construction of irrigation systems on two locations: Chaushica (LOT 1) in the Municipality of Bosilovo, and Slavishko Pole (LOT 2) in the Municipality of Rankovce. Both irrigation networks were designed as pressure pipe irrigation systems with controlled and measured flow regimes and comprised main pipeline and secondary pipelines.

Thanks to this new contract, a team from IRD Engineering carries out all the duties as required of the “Supervisor” under PRAG Conditions of Contract.
