Supervision for Construction of Van Enterprise Development Centre

The works contract implemented under this operation comprised the establishment of an Enterprise Development Centre in the Organized Industrial Zone located in Van with a total of 30 new ateliers together with a common service building. The new buildings were constructed on the land allocated for this purpose at ISGEM in Van. The buildings are one story buildings using prefabricated construction units.

IRD Engineering provided Supervision of Works according to FIDIC Red Book conditions of Contract for Construction for Building and Engineering Works designed by Employer (1999)
