Masalli-Jalilabad Section of Highway M3 has been inaugurated

An opening ceremony has been held on the second of September in Azerbaijan to officially inaugurate the Section from Masalli to Jalilabad of the M3 Highway, which Construction Works has been supervised by IRD Engineering.

Highway M3 connects Baku with the border with the Islamic Republic of Iran, running for 173,6 km in the south of Azerbaijan. It is a completely new construction and has been designed and realized according to the best international standards in the framework of the "State Program for social and economic development of Azerbaijan 2014-2018" promoted by the Azeri Government. Masalli-Jailabad Section, which is 32,2 km long and is very close to the Iranian border, was financed by the Asian Development Bank.
